tastecard terms and conditions: Myprotein x tastecard – Free coffee

1. This promotion entitles you to a 90-day free tastecard trial auto renewing into £29.99 annually (12 months) plus a free Caffè Nero drink after renewal. 
2. Terms and conditions of membership, terms and conditions of the free drink, and Privacy Notice apply.
3. Payment details are required upon signing up.
4. Free coffee promotion terms and conditions are as follows:

a. The promotion is only available to Myprotein customers. 

b. The promotion is applicable for new customers only.  

c. The promotion is for one free single use Caffè Nero code.  

d. One Caffè Nero code will be issued per customer. The Caffè Nero code will be sent to customers via in-app message after their 90 day free trial period and within 15 working days of renewal. 

e. The code will be sent to and only be accessible via the tastecard app.  Please ensure you have the most up to date version of the tastecard app. The tastecard app supports a minimum version of iOS 16 and Android 9.

f. The Caffè Nero code is non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives. tastecard reserves the right to substitute a promotion of equal or greater value at any time.  

g. The promotional offer opens on Monday 3rd March 2025.

h.  The promotional offer closes at 11:59pm on Tuesday 1st April 2025. New customers who sign up after this date will be ineligible to receive a Caffè Nero code.  

i. The free coffee code at Caffè Nero will expire 30 days after issue. 

j. The personal information and contact details on record will be used for the purposes of administering the promotion, including contacting qualifying participants. You can find more information in tastecard’s online Privacy Notice. 

k. The Caffè Nero code is applicable on barista-made drinks only. Please check with the barista as to whether any seasonal drink exclusions apply. Not applicable on food. 

l. tastecard reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the promotion due to any circumstances that arise beyond our control.  

m. The promotion is subject to the laws of England and Wales. References to tastecard in these rules are to Taste Marketing Limited, Birkby Grange, 85 Birkby Hall Road, Birkby, Huddersfield, HD2 2XB. 

n. A customer can cancel anytime in trial however their access to the product will be removed.

o. tastecard will also send a reminder to members 30 days before their trial comes to an end.
