- What days can I use my tastecard at ASK Italian?
You can get ASK Italian deals Monday through to Thursday, making ASK italian the perfect midweek treat spot. However, we do always suggest checking the app T&Cs as dining rules can vary from location to location. Some restaurants also have restrictions on weekends and celebration days, which is why you need to check the app before booking.

- Do I book my meal with tastecard or the restaurant?
We always advise that you pre-book your dining at ASK Italian at least two hours prior to your arrival.
All you need to do is find your chosen restaurant on our app, give the venue a call, mention you have a tastecard, and book! You should also mention you have a tastecard when the host is showing you to the table.
- Do I tell the server I have a tastecard before we eat?
Yes, if you don’t mention your tastecard until after eating the restaurant may not be under obligation to offer a discount. So you should also ensure your server understands you have a tastecard on your arrival.
- Can I use my tastecard on the whole menu?
Each restaurants has it’s own set of rules, so it is good to ask your server what parts of the menu are included with your tastecard.
We advise that only items on the a la carte menu are included and eligible for discount.
This will mean that set menus, sharing platters, sides or specials are not included. Please also keep in mind your tastecard discount can’t be used in conjunction with any other offers.
So if it is already 2 for 1 on meals, you can’t get an additional 40% off using your tastecard when the bill comes.
- Can I use more than one tastecard at a time?
You will not be able to use more than one tastecard at a time. However, there may be exceptions, so it’s always best to check the T&Cs on our app.

Please Note: Your tastecard entitles you to an exclusive 2 for 1 offer across all Starters, Mains and Desserts; extra toppings are not included, but may be purchased at usual menu price. Specials, sharing starters, sides and sharing desserts are excluded from this offer. The cheapest or equivalent dish of each course from each menu section will be discounted from your bill. Your tastecard is valid for 2 people, although multiple cards can be used for your party - therefore 4 people dining would require 2 tastecards (up to a maximum of 8 people dining, requiring 4 tastecards). This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts or vouchers, including Tesco Clubcard vouchers and ASK Perks. Set Menus (including our Kids Menus) and takeaways are not included in this offer. Your tastecard is not valid on Fridays, Saturdays, Bank Holidays, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day and throughout December. There is no requirement to book, although at busy times it is advised to avoid disappointment. This offer is not available in the ASK Italian Glasgow, Norwich, London Park Street, London Spring Street, Scarborough, Wells, Hull, Bluewater, Lakeside and Westfield Stratford. The offer also cannot be used at the ASK Italian Cardiff, The O2 (London) restaurants on event/match days.
